Tuca and Rodrigo Silva presently run their family farm which has been producing coffee since 1907. To produce coffee of the highest quality, they have passionately reshaped the farm in the last few years. They relocated the coffee drying patios from the valley to higher altitudes, reducing the risk of humidity and increasing quality. Fazenda Santa Alina is one of the first Brazilian farms to grow Yellow Bourbon.
